Rachel Parnell is a lifelong crafter who tends to favor making things out of natural or recycled materials with an emphasis on fabrics and fibers. Over the years she has accumulated a plethora of items from which to make things, so often when she tires of making one thing or she has materials left over she'll use those leftovers to create an entirely different item when inspiration strikes.
